88 Hotspring Resorts in Calamba Laguna Philippines

♥ 88 Hotspring Resort ♥

We went to 88 Hotspring Resort located in Calamba Laguna last April 1, 2012 since we were on rest day and vacation leave for 2 days giving us 4 days of rest from work.

Before going to the place we dropped by at Max's Restaurant since the check in time is 1:30 PM. we left our house in Imus Cavite by 10:30 AM. We arrived  at Calamba Laguna at around 12:30 PM so we decided to take our lunch at Max's Restaurant.

We ordered our favorite chicken platter and Kare-Kare. We were starving that we forgot to take a picture before eating our food. HaHa!  (yum~! yum~!) 

 The picture on the left shows the house that 88 Hotspring Resort offers to their guess. We got this for the night. It has 1 Queen size bed. Mini-bar, Cable TV. The room is huge, most especially the bathroom! Also, the place has free WiFi and it is giving us 1 to 2 bars of signal inside the house. not bad because we are far from the restaurant where the main WiFi device is located.

"Kiddie Standard Pool"

The picture above is their Kiddie Standard Pool of 88 Hotspring Resort. its not that hot so kids can enjoy the pool. We were in the pool for around 30 to 40 minutes and got ourselves a good back massage from the fountain. The pool is 4 to 5 feet deep.  (  )

"Jacuzzi Pool"

The next pool that we tried is the Jacuzzi Pool of 88 Hotspring Resort. I tried this pool but i couldn't take the heat. Temperature rated by this pool is 39 - 41C. The benefit is it relieves physical pain and stress. 

My wife was able to get half of her body in the pool, but for me, i could only get my feet and my legs.

"Hot Standard Pool"

The pool posted above is the Hot Standard Pool rated at 39C of 88 Hotspring Resort. I was able to get all of my body in the pool (Proud of myself HaHa). We stayed here for 30 minutes because that is what they recommend. Its benefits are it regulates blood pressure, relieves physical pain atherosclerosis, arthritis, heart diseases, stroke, paralysis and insomnia.

"Hot Mini Pool"

The picture shown above is the Hot Mini Pool of 88 Hotspring Resort. its rated temperature is 42 - 45C. I didn't dare to even deep my feet in this pool. My wife told me that she couldn't take it, knowing that she has high tolerance in heat. Its benefits are it helps improve eczema, skin itchiness, rheumatosis, nerve pain and it relieves stress.

"FengShui Pool"

The picture shown above is the Fengshui Pool of 88 Hotspring Resort. Its rated temperature is 42C. My wife was able to wear her 2 piece bathing suit hehe! i won't post the picture here since its for my eyes only @_@ haha!

The pool benefits are it relieves physical pain and stress.

After a long day of trying out  each pool 88 Hotsprings resort has to offer and having fun. We went to our room for a rest and then fell asleep. at night, we went to the restaurant.

The restaurant of 88 Hotspring Resort offers Korean and Filipino Cuisine. Reviews says that its expensive. We ordered Beef Bulbogi and Chopsuey . We did not expect that it would include anything else but it did. It has 4 side dishes.

For the next day, We tried all the pools again and ate breakfast at the restaurant. We ordered just 1 dish Pork Bulbogi since we were not able to finish the meal last night. BUT still when we ordered just 1 dish. they presented us with the Pork Bulgogi and A LOT OF SIDE DISHES @_@ way to go 88 Hotspring Resort

Total of 8 Side Dishes @_@

Imagine if we ordered Pork Bulgogi last night plus the chopsuey. @_@

You can ride the boat for 150 / round but we didn't (Scary! LOL)

After having so much fun we were FORCED to go home since check out time is 11:30 AM. we prepared at around 11:00 AM. All in all the place is very good. very relaxing. and since it is a foreign resort. expect a lot of foreigners in the area like Koreans, Americans, Japanese, Chinese (me included LOL). We will surely go back to 88 Hotspring Resort when we need to relax.
